I didn't try that, because I felt it would be dishonest of me to make
use of Digium's free service offering by pretending to be American.
Does anyone here know whether Digium intended IAXtel to be used only
by Americans?  If the appearance of the form is just an oversight, or
a case of a missing round tuit, I'll sign up, too.  :-)
