[Asterisk-Users] Loopdrop

Good day all
I posted a mail saying I cant hear the ringing
The problem in asterisk is it say "Loop Drop"
I have the same Problem as Martin on page

With the voictetronix card,but they dont have any answers
In short
If someone calls from the outside into the pstn it rings ones,says loop 
drop and the dead silence,but the sip phone rings on the internal side!
Please Help me!Really Please
