[Asterisk-Users] Patch to queue.conf available for testing in Mantis

I've just submitted a patch to the bug tracker that makes a few changes to 
the way queue works.  See

A short summary:

Don't play any messages if the queue is serviced (has agents available) and 
no callers are in the queue, just ring per ring strategy.

Added two new messages which can be played at separate intervals than the 
position and hold announcement.

Patch is available for testing.  Do not use this patch in live systems yet.
