[Asterisk-Users] replacing audiocode MP104 with * server

I want to replace my audiocode MP104 MGCP gateway with a * server and I 
wondered if anyone has done this before, or can anyone provide the 
confiuration to do this? I have used the wikki and sample config file to no 
avil.
