[Asterisk-Users] After hangup phone rings

I have wierd problem. I haven't found the answer searching the list.

The problem I am having is after I pickup the receiver, then hangup the
phone gives a quick ring.

I am using a rhino channelbank. Again found nothing via search. I have
also tried different phones and different ports all with the same
result. I also don't have the problem with my TDM400 card. So I assume
it is the channelbank but wanted to check here first if it a
configuration issue I am missing.
