[Asterisk-Users] Queue() option not documented

Robert I ran into this I ended up routing all my calls thru a call que and
adding sip or PSTN clients as a members of the queues in the queue.conf
file.

This allowed for me to have a custom announcement per queue so I can tell
who is calling and where they are from.

The que has a section for custom announcements its fairly simple also in
this way you don't have to require the agent to login it just rings all
numbers at once and who ever grabs it grabs it.

I do not know definatively, but the "announce" option in
queues.conf specifies which announcement the agent hears
when he/she answers. This may be a stupid assumtion, but
I thought that it allowed you to override that default
announcement. So that you can have your agents here a
specialized announcement depending on your dialplan.

Again, I am not sure.
