I spent a lot of time tracking down that by wiring in a hostname, it failed
even though the call came from that host.  Be sure to use host=dynamic.  The
reasoning behind this is unclear to me; those of us who have been working
with networking for a long time have a strong preference towards wiring in
hostnames where such can be reasonably done.  I may have missed some other
finer point of the configuration, however.
