Hi Rob
Thanks for the hints. I had rebuilt with the CIDRINGS 2 option
previously. This had cleared the callerid spill error for most cadences,
using r2 seems to clear the error even with CIDRINGS set to 1. 

Unfortunately the phone is still not picking up the CID. As no spill
error is seen, I am assuming that the TDM card is transmitting CID
information, but the phone is not picking it up or doesn't make sense of
it.

I'm going to look at the txgain/rxgain now to see if that has an impact,
also beg/borrow as many different CID capable phones to ensure it is not
this particular phone at fault.
