Be wary. There have been some discussions on this list that suggest that 
some ATAs will not provide the proper disconnect supervision that the 
TDM400P FXOs require (and your telco will provide).

For example, I have found that the using the FXS on the DLINK ATA 
provided for Primus TalkBroadBand will not work reliably when connected 
to a TDM400P FXO.

I can't comment specifically on Vonage's ATA ...
