Kristian - thanks. Do you mean I need a Digium card on each box? I do have
one on each box (A=TE410P, B=2xTDM400P).
Any additional configuration required to enable the timing device?

You need a timing device in both machines to do trunking. See some of
my earlier posts regarding timing issues, or check the wiki.
