You ought to choose a new mail agent or some new settings first; sending
out text/plain as base64-encoded MIME is silly.  Those of us who don't have
or want MIME decoding as part of our normal mail-reading toolchain get what
you see above.  There's no need to encode text as base64 anyways, since the
base64 encoding actually increases the size of the message for no
appreciable gain.  This is why it's generally considered polite to avoid 
MIME on mailing lists, and if you absolutely positively must have MIME, then
at least post an unencoded plaintext version of your message along with it.
