You have skinny.conf example.
If your number is 22, and your name (in configuration) is goran, then:

exten => 1100,3,dial(skinny/22 at goran) ;for skinny
exten => 1100,3,dial(sccp/goran) ;for sccp

But, sccp is full of bugs. It has more options (CID, etc...), but many
bugs :-(.
