[Asterisk-Users] Stability of the Asterisk platform

We are looking at using Asterisk for commersial purposes in hosted PABX setups
for SME customers.
 
The Asterisk is properly going to be setup with a multi tenant dial plan with
some some hundred end users at SIP phones.
 
I would like to know if any has some reliability experience which he/she would
like to share with me?
