I have actually been playing around, and it looks like Curl is the only 
tool that will work.  Several problems though:

1) There is a lot of code in the dump from /admin/advanced.

2) The password is all *'s (not good to PUT it back like that).

3) The PUT (-T) with Curl failed at the last second.

Any ideas with these problems?
