I agree with this solution.  When I first setup my * box with Cisco 
7940's, I used the same trick used ${EXTEN}a and ${EXTEN}b for my SIP 
account names, etc.  The SIP image for the 79X0 phones will only allow 
two calls (three when you count two + transfer) per account, so to have 
more than that (or at least appear to have more), each line button needs 
to have its own account.  Again, this setup works great if you really do 
need that many simultaneous calls to the same desk.
