[Asterisk-Users] Where did USE_MYSQL_FRINDS go ? What to use ?

It means the latter. If you change something in the database, asterisk is
immediatly affected. No reload/restart required. So if you want to add a SIP
user you simply INSERT them into the database and then they are there. This
is currently still in development and is available in CVS-HEAD.
