[Asterisk-Users] load wcfxs module

Hello all, 
Can anyone tell me please, what the problem could be if the next
message is displayed when trying to load the wcfxs module  for a
tdm400P? Is it a hardware problem ? (on the card, the led for module 2
is turn-off and the rest of them are on...)

Here is the message :

[root]# modprobe wcfxs

Module 1: Installed -- AUTO FXO (FCC mode)
VoiceDAA did not bring up ISO link properly!
Module 2: Not installed
Module 3: Installed -- AUTO FXO (FCC mode)
Found a Wildcard TDM: Wildcard TDM400P REV H (4 modules)
