That really depends:

BRI cards vary from 25 EUR for single port (2 channels) to 600 EUR for 4
port (8 channels) and there exist cards with up to 8 ports (16 channels)
for BRI.

PRI cards vary from about 600 EUR (1 PRI/30 channels) to about 1500 EUR
(4 PRI/120 channels voice).

If you want cards, that are active (dsp's that can handle fax in
hardware etc.) the price is higher.

When talking line rental BRI vs. PRI you get a PRI usually at the
monthly rental of 10 BRIs, depending on your agreement with the telco
etc., meaning you don't pay line rental for the last 10 channels. (this
is a thumb rule and based on my experience in several european
countries).
