An untested guess

iptables -t nat -I PREROUTING -p udp -d EXTIP --dport 4569 -m state 
--state NEW -j DNAT --to-destination ASTIP

iptables -t nat -I POSTROUTING -p udp -d ASTIP --dport 4569 -j MASQUERADE
