I use Win2k DHCP and my iaxy's grab a dhcp address fine.  Do you have 
ethereal (network sniffer software) on your network? If so, fire it up 
and look for DHCP adresses from the iaxy's MAC address.  I'm not at 
work, so I cant tell you whatthe iaxy's MAC's start with, but can 
tomorrow if you need it.
