I have a few OptiPoint 300 Advanced that I've played with but they are not a
priority at the moment.

chan_h323/CVS-HEAD works without callerid. Only the basics...
chan_oh323 - not heavily tested...

When I get the time I'll try with a Gatekeeper to see if that changes
anything..
