Can't keep the Nortel phones.  They are digital and won't work.

You do not have to necessarily have a T1 to use the T1 card.  It is simply a
means in which to deliver a greater amount of "channels" into the system.

Might I suggest you go to http://www.voip-info.org and start your reading
there.  They have many examples and configurations that will meet your
needs.

Scan the Archives from the list and use the search to try and find the
answer first.

If it gets too hot and heavy, there are always Asterisk Consultants out
there that are willing to trade knowledge for cash just like a regular
telephone system repair/installer.
