[Asterisk-Users] Voicemail Digits

We have at random times the problem that a cisco phone interacting with 
the voicemail can not send any digits to the voicemail.

You are checking your messages, and suddenly pressing 7 for example or 
any other number does nothing.

Hanging up and calling back usually fixes the problem.

I have not changed any of the default sip settings or the default 
SIPDefault settings of the phone.

Does anyone else have this problem and if so, is there a way to correct it?
