[Asterisk-Users] setup of cisco 7960 phone tftp asking for unkownfile

1. Goto www.cisco.com
2. Click "Log In"
3. Login with your CCO username/password.
4. Click 'Downloads' and select 'Voice Software'
5. Under 'Cisco IP Phones' click on 'SIP IP Phone 7940/7960"

Download to hearts content. If you can't see any of those steps, then it
probably means you don't have a support contract with Cisco and that you are
not allowed to download the firmwares.
