Yes.

The A(x) parameter of the dial command allows this - see
http://www.voip-info.org/wiki-Asterisk+cmd+dial.

The caller continues to hear ringing while the callee hears the audio. Once
the audio is finished, the call is bridged.

You could also use the M(x) parameter to run a macro instead.
