[Asterisk-Users] FXO dialing - all lines dial but one

Hi, 
I have a tdm04b (4fxo) with 4 pots lines
I also have 4 analog phones connected via
ethernet using 2 sipura 2000's

when i make a call with any of the phones on 3 
of the lines, no problem. 

one line keeps giving the phone co message:
"sorry you need additional digits to make the call"
this is a local call only 7 digits required

line position on the tdm card makes no difference
(slot 1 - 4)

switching out the sipuras makes no difference

if i connect a phone directly to the line (normal operation)
without asterisk, the line works.

all channels in zapata.conf are the same with the exception
of channel number

anybody have any ideas?
