[Asterisk-Users] Alcatel IP Phone

I know Alcatel IP Phone, but I need some help for configure Asterisk
PBX.
I want to configure Alcatel 4020 IP Phone on PBX Asterisk, I need help.
I don’t know what file I must use for install IP Phone.
Somebody can help me, please?
