[Asterisk-Users] Voicemail Mailbox Configuration

Hi pamela,

I have tried using option 2, by recording the files and placing them in mailbox 
directory and referencing the files with Voicemail() command.
But it is not working... 

The busy and unavailable messages play fine.

Please advise
