[Asterisk-Users] ERROR: cannot load module kernelcapi

Trying to get asterisk work but...
What might be the problem. I get the following error when I run capiinit.
System is fedora core2 with kernel 2.6.5-1.358. 

ERROR: cannot load module kernelcapi

lsmod shows that kernelcapi should be ok.
