Hi,
I was wondering if anybody can help me with the following error that
I'm getting when running asterisk:
Nov 4 09:51:02 WARNING[28640]: chan_sip.c:8701 reload_config: Unable
to get IP address for linux, SIP disabled. I think its preventing my
clients from registering.
I ran the netstat command and see that my 5060 port is no longer up
(it was before). See below:
udp 0 0 0.0.0.0:4520 0.0.0.0:*
28558/asterisk
udp 0 0 0.0.0.0:4569 0.0.0.0:*
28558/asterisk
I'm not sure if this problem is directly attributed to asterisk or
whether it's something got to do with my linux config. But since Im
new to both, I would appreciate any help I get.
Thanks very much,
Aisling.
