It*s solved now. You are right it was a matter of formating the
outgoing number.

Are you sure it is not trying to tell you extension 219898334 and
priority
1 in the dialplan?

The source for chan_modem suggests that the dial string should be
formatted like
Dial(Modem/g1:9213570150||tr)
