[Asterisk-Users] Zaptel Issue in Fedora Core 2 test 3

Three things you may want to look at.

1. Do those devices exist?
2. Does the user that is starting Asterisk have permission to
    access those devices?
3. I *think* FC3 comes with SELinux on by default.  This may
    or may not be getting in your way.
