When did that happen? The last time I looked (all of a few hours ago) 
practically everything is available in H.323 form. A surprisingly large 
amount in MGCP form. SIP comes a poor third. Even the more recent 
devices tend to come out in H.323 form first. H.323 still has the high 
ground, though SIP is growing.
