Is Jitter Buffer 'safe' again on IAX2?  Back September way I think it was I 
did a lot of testing with Jeremy from Nufone and found it was actually better 
to leave the damn thing off.  (trunking was disabled already)

I.e. what is the state of the new jitter buffer (as shown on the Wiki URL 
above) in CVS HEAD?
