[Asterisk-Users] ChanSpy(scan) working, but not... any idea?

Sorry.. I forgot to tell that the issue is that I cannot hear anything even
if asterisk says that is sending me those packets..

I´ve already installed ChanSpy wishing to listen IAX channels. anyone has an
idea? may be cause of  "RFC3389 support incomplete.  Turn off on client if
possible"

either if I try ChanSpy(Scan) or ChanSpy(IAX2/Channel) I can´t hear anything
