[Asterisk-Users] Cannot start asterisk - CAPI issues

Fine... I have removed the card from the box anyway since my current 
goal is to get asterisk to start.

Still, asterisk still moans the following when I start it with asterisk 
-vvvp

So... why am I having this? I am not interested in the ISDN card (it 
just happened to be in this  test box and for now I have removed it 
anyway) - my current goal is simply to get asterisk to start and play 
some message after an extension is dialed.
