I found WavePad..

WavePad is free.

PS: It may break the double-click "open/play" function for mp3, vox, gsm,
real audio and more so backup registry just in case..

PPS: Ad-Aware found nothing, TCP View showed no "calling home".

PPPS: This utility have saved me a lot of trouble while installing "unknown"
applications..
