I couldn't get the Vonage softphone working for outgoing calls (incoming 
worked ok); need the SIP proxy support mentioned here:

According to the end of that bug, the outbound proxy support is now 
available in chan_sip2.c, which is at:

I no longer have my softphone to verify this, though.
