I am experiencing the same problem with this card running on a dual Xeon.
It seems like i have tried just about everything now. Including falling
back to running the system as a uniprocessor machine.

Im running Redhat with a 2.4.20-30.9 kernel.

Any clues towards solving this mystery is appreciated, since its a major
showstopper for our deployment.
