No. Tested it last week on '4.54 - still broken - but somewhere along 
the line they fixed the call waiting ring tone volume.

Has anyone else noticed a strange problem with call waiting in 4.54 - 
the sound becomes one way (remote end can't hear you but you can hear 
them) about 5-10 seconds after switching to a call coming in on the 
second line. Whatever the problem, hitting flash again restores two way 
sound.
