[Asterisk-Users] Help with Asterisk Error Please?

Can any one help me with an error im getting with asterisk? I have VoicePulse Connect and Nufone and when i try to make a call out on VoicePulse i get the follow error:

Mar 26 14:34:24 NOTICE[196624]: app_dial.c:545 dial_exec: Unable to create channel of type 'IAX2'
  == Everyone is busy at this time
    -- Executing Hangup("IAX2[voicepulse at 66.234.228.132:4569]/1", "") in new stack

But when i make the call out on NuFone it works fine.

Any help would be great.
