[Asterisk-Users] IAX2 International Termination

1. Aastra 390 to Digium tdm.
2. E1 line. Redirected DID number to USA. tried with several phones - 
simemens s45 gsm, panasonic, ge.
Everything works fine, but dtnf relaying is broken.
