I'm curious if anyone else has had or can reproduce this issue using
diamondcard?

I called a bunch of my father's family this evening: two in the US and
one in Canada. I had my father in a meet-me conference room (1000) on a
local ZAP extension (I called him at his home through PSTN and then
transfered him to the conference room). I would then call his relative
via IAX2 and then transfer them into the conference room. In the end
there would be one PSTN Zap connection, one IAX2 connection and three
local ZAP extensions in the conference room.

I could transfer the calls in the US to the conference room with no
problems, but when I called Canada the call would hangup when it was
transfered. I tried three times with the same result. I wish I new
someone else up there to call! At the end of this message I've included
the CLI output

My setup is an * server with a public IP address and iptables firewall
enabled. I have ports 4569 udp, 5036 udp and 10000-20000 udp passing
through.
