There's the external IP, which I didn't set since it's dynamic, a 
signalling port, which I set to 5060 and an RTP prt range, which I 
didn't set.  That didn't seem to have any effect.

These two phone show up with ports other than 5060 in SIP SHOW PEERS.  I 
wonder if that has anything to do with it.
