Was using IAX2 to Dakar Senegal this week and I ran into issues with sound
tx and latency compiling.  Set jitterbuffer=no with IAX2 and this corrected
the lack on sound tx but the latency compounding stayed.  Switched to IAX
with jitterbuffer=no and the latency compounding issue went away.
