[Asterisk-Users] problems calling FWD #'s

Hi all,

Been trying to call FWD#'s from my astbox in the office without much luck.

I'm able to register with them and originate a call which looks like its
getting connected but no audio passes.

I've got this in sip.conf

[fwd]
type=friend
secret=thepassword
username=theusername
host=fwd.pulver.com
nat=yes
disallow=all
allow=gsm
allow=ulaw
reinvite=no
canreinvite=no
mailbox=3409

and this in extensions.conf

exten => _71.,1,SetCallerID,248249
exten => _71.,2,SetCIDName,"royalblue"
exten => _71.,3,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN:2}@fwd)
exten => _71.,4,Congestion


If I dial 71612 I expect to get the time service at FWD. I get connected
but I hear nothing.

I have firewall holes for the following ports

5060
5082
10000-20000

Any ideas?
