Here is what I get...

    -- Starting simple switch on 'Zap/2-1'
    -- Executing Dial("Zap/2-1",
"IAX2/username:password at iaxtel.com/17002970469 at iaxtel") in new stack
    -- Called username:password at iaxtel.com/17002970469 at iaxtel
    -- Call accepted by 69.73.19.178 (format GSM)
    -- Format for call is GSM
    -- IAX2[iaxtel]/3 stopped sounds

Mine stops here too..
