The other option your missing here is get the t100p card
and get a small channel bank
(allow 24 channels of analog in fxs/fxo combinatins,)
a good used adtran 750 for this would run about 250-350us)
this would allow for growth bcus in Canada T1 PRI voice dont usually start
to become
economically viable untill you need 12-16 lines..
And fractional voice/data T1 in canada are
a) hard to come by
b) dont start to become viable untill you need 8 voice channels, and 1MB or
so of Inet BW
