Yes, it is. (If I remember correctly :)

It is "T" that you need to include in that context.

[$CONTEXT]
exten => 1,AbsoluteTimeout($SECONDS)
exten => 2,Dial($SOMETHING)
exten => T,Playback($YOURMESSAGE)

Save $YOURMASSAGE in /var/lib/asterisk/sounds

If above does not work, please let me know.
