[Asterisk-Users] Do I have a bad T100P?

Has anyone encountered this issue:

I'm bringing up a T100P card and ran 'modprobe wct1xxp' but Zaptel Tool 
shows the card as UNCONFIGURED in its alarm window.  the LED on the card 
itself is not lit and not flashing. 

lsmod shows the module wct1xxp as zaptel both loaded.

Thanks in advance for any advice from all of you Linux/Asterisk gurus!!!!!
